1.  Adams- Handicapped accessible, Queen bed. 

2.  S. Wesley- Queen bed, whirlpool, first floor- Elegant Jacuzzi Room. 

3.  Bradford- Queen bed and a twin bed, whirlpool, first floor- Elegant Jacuzzi Room.

5.  Edwards- Queen bed, second floor- Charming Country Room. 

6.  Bradstreet- Queen bed, whirlpool, second floor, Elegant Jacuzzi Room. 

7.  Marshall- Queen bed, second floor- Elegant Country Room. 

 8.  Hamilton- Queen bed, second floor- Elegant Country Room. 

 9.  Governors- King bed, whirlpool, sitting area, balcony, third floor- Deluxe Whirlpool Suite.

 10.  Presidential- King pillow top bed, whirlpool, large sitting area, balcony, third floor- Luxury Whirlpool Suite.

 11.  Grande- King bed, deluxe whirlpool, wood-burning fireplace, large balcony, sitting area, second floor- Luxury Whirlpool Suite. 

 12.  Queen- King pillow top bed, whirlpool, sitting area, balcony, third floor- Deluxe Whirlpool Suite. 

 The Hearthstone Inn Reservation Policies

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM – 9 PM, except by prior arrangement

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM, except by prior arrangement

Smoking and Related Subjects: We are a totally non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted in the yard or parking lot only. No Smoking indoors or on balconies. No candles, incense, or open flames in rooms or on balconies. Violators will be asked to immediately check-out, will forfeit any monies paid and a cleaning/fumigating service will be charged to the responsible party’s credit card of record.

Pets: We regret we are not able to accommodate pets.

Children: Well-behaved children welcomed.

Deposits & Cancellations: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to one night's rental or 50% of the total reserved stay, whichever is greater, including applicable tax..

• 7-day cancellation notice required for full refund on bookings of 1 room. 30 days notice for full refund of bookings of 2-5 rooms.  60 days notice for full refund on bookings of 6-12 rooms.  . Less than required days notice you will receive a refund only if we are able to re-book the room. All cancellations are subject to a $30 per room processing fee.  Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

• No refunds for early departures.

• Inn services and amenities, which are offered on a complimentary basis, are not to be considered guaranteed (i.e. availability of hot tub or internet access). Temporary unavailability of such amenities shall not be considered grounds for refund.

•All deposits and payments are due in U.S. Funds only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and cash upon arrival. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.

Special terms apply during Brimfield Antique Shows: There is a two night minimum stay. Reservations are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable regardless of reasons, including, but not limited to, medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or canceled flights. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
